We do not accept returns or exchange for change of mind!
Please be sure to double check your confirmation email for yout items purchased, delivery address and personal detials are correct and notify us within 24hrs for any changes you need to make, as long your ordered HAS NOT already been packaged and sent.
After such time, we will not be responsible for misdelivered, overordered or incorrecty chosen items and aim to have a quick turnaround on all orders.
Oh no! We have a fault...
Please inform us ASAP if you have recieved incorrect or faulty items and we will work with you to sort the easiest way to recitify the issue! We will cover the return postage for our own faults.
